At Accord Curtains, we solve two problems at once. First, of course, we keep your privacy curtains clean and your hospital looking great (we cleaned over 20,000 curtains last year) But here’s what sets us apart…Real-time reports letting you track when every single curtain in every single room of your hospital was last cleaned. We barcode each curtain and scan it each time it gets taken down or rehung. Not only does the scan track the date and time, but also the employee and location down to the room number.

Here’s Our Process & How It Works:

Step 1

We discuss our menu of services and programs with your Environmental Services and Infection Control staff.

Step 2

We visit your facility and take an inventory of all your curtains and rooms.

Step 3

If you choose our scheduled cleaning program, on an agreed upon date, our uniformed installers will arrive at your site to take down your curtains for cleaning. We will rehang your clean curtains, and can provide clean, replacement curtains if required.

Step 4

If you choose our isolation discharge program, our uniformed installers are already on-site or nearby, and are ready to take your incoming call. This allows the Environmental Services staff at your facility to completely hand over responsibilities, and let us handle all issues associated with your curtain cleaning.

Step 5

We add barcode labeling with our Accord Curtains Tracking Software to all of your curtains that will quickly show you when your curtain was last cleaned.

What if You Don’t Have Spare Curtains?

No problem! We have spare curtains that we can install, ensuring that you can continue with business as usual. After your curtains are cleaned, we will return and reinstall your curtains.

Accord Curtains Tracking Software

With our Accord Curtains Tracking Software (ACTS), each of your curtains are barcoded and every action is stamped with the date, time, employee, and exact location. You have cloud-based, real-time reports for every curtain, every floor, and every room via ACTS.
